How to Schedule Online:
- You will be guided through in booking an appointment below. Select EITHER the service you are looking for – OR – the practitioner you are looking to schedule with. You will be able to see all available appointments. Select the desired day and time. Add yourself to a waitlist if needed.
- Enter a credit card to secure your booking. You will NOT be charged for the service upon scheduling. The credit card is only to protect Haven Of Harmony if you don’t show up for your scheduled session.
Note: You will need to create a FREE account through our Patient Portal. This enables you to schedule appointments, see previous appointments, purchase memberships, register for classes, and much more. This is vital as you’ll be required to complete online intake forms prior to your appointment.
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients and Members who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their session may incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the service booked. We have this policy to protect our therapists’ time should we be unable to schedule someone else for the spot you secured for your session.
*NEW CLIENTS: enjoy Member pricing for your first visit! “Massage With Denise” category, and select the desired 60, 90, or 2HR integrative Massage service. Pricing will be adjusted upon checkout. Be prepared to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete paperwork prior to your visit. Member pricing is: $125/60min, $175/90min, $225/2HR plus tax. Tips are appreciated, but not required.
*MEMBERS: the prices you will see below and in your confirmations will be adjusted to your member price – not to worry! When you arrive for your session, simply share with the front desk that you’re a member and we’ll adjust your pricing accordingly!
