How to Schedule Online:
- Select EITHER the service you are looking for – OR – the practitioner you are looking to schedule with. Select the desired day and time to see all available appointments. Add yourself to a waitlist if needed.
- Enter a credit card to secure your booking. You will NOT be charged for the service upon scheduling. The credit card is only to protect Haven Of Harmony if you don’t show up for your scheduled session.
Note: You will need to create a FREE account through our Patient Portal. This enables you to schedule appointments, see previous appointments, purchase memberships, register for classes, and much more. This is vital as you’ll be required to complete online intake forms prior to your appointment.
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients and Members who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their session may incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the service booked. We have this policy to protect our therapists’ time should we be unable to schedule someone else for the spot you secured for your session.
*NEW CLIENTS: enjoy Member pricing for your first visit! Select “New Client Integrative Massage” for either 60min or 90min. A 30min required consultation is added into the time of your service (making the service either 90min or 2 Hours total). This allows for ample time to understand the full nature of your healing goals, and provide a customized care plan for you! Be prepared to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete paperwork prior to your visit. Pricing is $125/90min and $175/2 Hours + tax.
