Life Coaching, Spiritual Counseling, and Menopause Coaching with Denise are ideal for anyone who is ready for compassionate support, deeper clarity, and meaningful personal growth. These sessions can benefit those navigating life transitions, stress, emotional overwhelm, spiritual questions, relationship or career changes, or the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause and menopause. With a warm, client-centered approach, Denise helps each person feel seen, supported, and empowered while creating practical steps toward greater balance, confidence, healing, and connection to self.

Energy healing can easily be fused into any coaching session. We find it to be a more complete model for healing. It’s helpful to receive energy healing as a way for the information we shared during our talk to settle and ground into your being.

So what do HOH Coaches do to help me?

We offer three different types of coaching: empowerment life coaching, spiritual counseling, and health coaching. Let’s go in some detail about what this means and how we can help!

Empowerment Life Coaching: is for clients who need a mentor to help them achieve specific goals. We break down the “how-to” into easily manageable parts, and mentor you through your unseen self-sabotaging patterns to support your success. We may offer “homework” – i.e. mindfulness practices – to work with in between sessions. We make suggestions, but we never tell you what to do. We honor and respect your choices and decisions, and simply support your success journey!

Spiritual Counseling: is for clients who need to speak with a trusted professional. Spiritual Counseling is a therapeutic, supportive way to help you navigate through life’s challenges. We employ a wide range of mindfulness tools and utilize a non-denominational spiritual approach (i.e. guided meditations). We are able to treat clients of all ages and clients in crisis. Should you also work with a clinical psychotherapist, we will work with your doctor to help you manage your care as prescribed. We will make suggestions, but we will never tell you what to do. We provide a nurturing, non-judgmental space for you to feel safe, open, and reflective.

Menopause Coaching Support: A menopause coaching session offers a supportive, personalized space to explore the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that can arise during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Together, we look at your unique symptoms, stressors, goals, and daily rhythms, then create practical, compassionate strategies to help you feel more balanced, informed, and empowered. Sessions may include education, mindset support, lifestyle guidance, symptom tracking, self-care practices, and gentle accountability so you can navigate this season with greater clarity, confidence, and connection to your body.
