How to Schedule Online:
- You will need to create a FREE account through our Patient Portal. This enables you to schedule appointments, see previous appointments, purchase memberships, register for classes, and much more.
- You will be guided through in booking an appointment. Select EITHER the service you are looking for – OR – the practitioner you are looking to schedule with.
- Finally, you will be required to enter a credit card to secure your booking. You will NOT be charged for the service upon scheduling. The credit card is only to protect Haven of Harmony if you don’t show up for your scheduled session.
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients and Members who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their session may incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the service booked. We have this policy to protect our therapists’ time should we be unable to schedule someone else for the spot you secured for your session.
*NEW CLIENTS: enjoy Member pricing for your first visit! Under Traditional Massage, select the “$89/60min New Client Special” service. Be prepared to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete paperwork prior to your visit.
*MEMBERS: the prices you will see below and in your confirmations will be adjusted to your member price – not to worry! When you arrive for your session, simply share with the front desk that you’re a member and we’ll adjust your pricing accordingly!
