How to Schedule Online:
- Select the service you are looking to schedule. For a basic massage, select “Deep Tissue/Swedish Customized Massage”.
- Select the preferred length of your session.
- Consider selecting an “Add-On” or “Holistic Service” (i.e. Biomat, Foot Detox, etc.) to enhance your service to integrate body mind and spirit healing to any service type.
- If you have a preferred therapist, you will be prompted to select that therapist to see her/his availability. Otherwise, select “no preference” or “first available”.
- Finally, you will be required to enter a credit card to secure your booking. You will NOT be charged for the service upon scheduling. The credit card is only to protect Haven of Harmony if you don’t show up for your scheduled session.
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients and Members who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their session may incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the service booked. We have this policy to protect our therapists’ time should we be unable to schedule someone else for the spot you secured for your session.
*NEW CLIENTS: enjoy Member pricing for your first visit! You’ll receive a 20% discount off any service for any length of time! Discount will be applied at checkout. Be prepared to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete paperwork prior to your visit.
*MEMBERS: the prices you will see below and in your confirmations will be adjusted to your member price – not to worry! When you arrive for your session, simply share with the front desk that you’re a member and we’ll adjust your pricing accordingly!
* EMPLOYER WELLNESS PROGRAM STAFF: Simply present your ID badge when you arrive for your service for you 20% discount to be applied!
